Soft Tech (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an AI education brand operated by Jennie Slade. Our website is thesofttech.co. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, sign up for our programs, or interact with us online.

We only collect information that you give us directly:
- Your name and email address when you sign up for the AI Starter Kit, newsletter, or any program
- Information you provide through our contact form
- Payment information when you purchase a program (processed securely through Stripe via ThriveCart — we never see or store your card details)
We also collect basic analytics data (pages visited, time on site, general location) through standard web analytics to understand how people use our site. This data is anonymous and not tied to your identity.
How we use your information
- To send you the AI Starter Kit and weekly newsletter (via Flodesk)
- To give you access to programs you’ve purchased
- To respond to messages you send through our contact form
- To improve our website and content based on how visitors use the site
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
Email communication
When you sign up for the AI Starter Kit or any Soft Tech program, you’ll receive emails from us via Flodesk. Every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you. It’s that simple.
Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted services to run Soft Tech:
- Flodesk for email delivery
- ThriveCart for checkout and payments
- Stripe for payment processing
- Google Fonts for typography on this website
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum information needed for them to do their job (for example, your email address goes to Flodesk so they can send you the newsletter).
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from ad networks. Any cookies present are functional (keeping you logged in, remembering preferences) or come from third-party services listed above.
